The rise of the Internet has evolved process of communication, making it more efficient. Looking at it closely, the primary communication, face to face, is still the most useful way to make common bonding points in communication. People are always the ‘’key’’ to open the door of Communication. This is why making a proper presentation is a requirement at present day. A proper presentation does not only catch the audience’s attention, it also make the expression vivid and alive.

For starters, the seven-hour class discussed about the culture gap. It conducts to sort out “WHO’’ you are dealing with and scale between what you want to express or what they want to see simultaneously. After bits of concepts went down, the punchline for me is the concept of product V.S. process, it leads to show your audience the highlight, not the stuff you dug out, quality always beats quantity after all. I reckon this theory explains why tons of presentations look like programming codes instead of the way it is supposed to be.

Then, minimizing the blueprint you penned out, it must be divided into pieces on your template including the time board. It must be apart to the second. So we can see through the whole structure from bottom to above thoroughly including how long you plan to spend. This move not only walks you through the whole structure it also assists in managing the time. And the difficulty I encounter in this step is how to logically link to next slides. Honestly, that is the detail I don’t patronize before until I joined this time.

Ultimately, ‘’Execution’’ is the final part and the hardest part. the tips to present well are engaged to the speed, the sound, the body gesture, the eye connection, the style of moving, grammar, sentences during the speaking. I reckon that is the biggest problem for regular presenters. It guides to the “how to do the push-up just by reading” theory. Thus, how do you present it smoothly without planning and practicing ?! Execution in advance can help you demonstrate your content cemented on finite time when you are in the actual situation .

Business presentation isn’t just a matter of a few formalities. An effective program will help you to establish a concrete partnership. It will enhance the satisfaction of customer progress and will help you to retain the connection for each other. To tie this up, let’s look at a few key take-aways :

  • Figure out WHO is your audience and the PURPOSE
  • Make a logical structure
  • Wisely managing your time
  • Make the connection with the audience
  • Be confident and articulate
  • Practice maketh Bravo
