Have you ever noticed a high percentage of writing emails in a secretary’s schedule? There was an interesting occurrence I discovered these days. Despite a high percentage of secretaries that write emails all day, it is frequent to see misspellings in the content. Some people may blame it on negligence. Actually, the best prescription to cure the misspelling syndrome is to review and correct the content. Ultimately, you can write an email without misspelling words.

For example, people look in the mirror to check if they are wearing the wrong color before heading out. That is because a suitable outfit helps us make a strong impression. Likewise, concise content helps us establish a professional-oriented profile. People realize you are a careful person who focuses on details when your content is concise and without misspellings. On a personal note, we are capable of inspecting ourselves when we are willing to put effort into the tasks we execute. I can’t understand why people can’t figure it out simple self-adjustments. On the other hand, the key to expression in conversation is inspecting how your vocabulary might be used.

Sometimes, the story is totally different when you don’t use the right word or the right grammar. So when you think it through, you can use the right words to express the right meaning. There is an old saying, ‘’Think twice before you speak’’. This is because your expression will plant the seed of either understanding or confusion in the conversation. So, if you use wise words in the sentences, your content will be more well-received than other people’s content.

In fact, an attitude has no boundaries to make it better, so it’s not a technique with boundaries. So we wouldn’t ask ‘’Am I done’’, but rather ‘’How can I do better?’’ Likewise with writing an email, giving a speech, and so on. Inspecting ourselves is one of the ways to achieve better performance. In conclusion, the core of inspecting is to have a feedback loop, where you are constantly thinking about what you have done and how you could make it better.
